Brandon Court is on the bus line and about a mile and a half from campus. Bryan Park, the YMCA, Winslow Sports Park, the B-Line and Clear Creek trails, and Wapehani Bike Park are 5 minutes away - by bike; downtown and College Mall, 10 minutes by car or bus; and Lake Monroe 15 minutes.<br>

The apartment will by available by Thanksgiving weekend, although rent doesn't start until December. I am buying a house and will be moving in a couple of weeks. <br>

Before moving into this apartment, I had six months to look at all the options around town. This apartment was the best value, but I didn’t realize until living here for a couple of months what a good deal it is. Plus, it’s picturesque and homey.<br>

It is a really clean and well maintained apartment and building. The apartment itself is in a nice red brick building and is on the second floor above a cool bike/coffee shop. It has a big kitchen with lots of counter space, cabinets and nice clean appliances.  It also has a ceiling fan, electric AC and heat (so no expensive gas bill) and two huge windows facing west that let in a lot of natural light. This is a really great location! Just a very short walk or bike ride to Campus (just a few blocks down 10th from the Wells Library), Kirkwood and downtown, (but it is still nice and quiet so you can study). There is a dumpster for trash and the Landlord pays for the water.<br>

A full size refrigerator and stove make for great cooking, and there's enough space for a small table and seating for two or three - the morning light makes this a perfect spot for breakfast. The bedroom is a good size - big enough for a king size bed if you have one - with a ceiling fan and a huge closet that is big enough for two people (or one person with lots of clothes)!<br>
