My husband and I purchased this Houseboat earlier this year as a project to work on together. Unfortunately, due to a recent job loss we are forced to sell our project. We have already put many hours of work gutting the interior of the boat and filled an entire dumpster! So, now it's ready for you to refurbish it to your own taste.

We hired a marine mechanic to get both engines and the generator working. So they are all ready to go! The boat was removed from the water before we purchased it to have the entire outside painted. It is painted white so you can add your own accents with your color of choice!

Our plan was to put this in the water and work on refurbishing the interior there. There was one repair that we planned to complete before getting to that step. We were going to repair the starboard catwalk...it is sagging a bit.

With purchase of boat we will provide you with the boat survey we purchased this year. The survey appraised the boats value as is @ $12,000.00 (before engines/generator work was completed). And it is noted in the survey, that after the rehab the boat will be worth considerably more! We would like to get back some of what we have put into the boat thus far (the boat purchase, mechanic work, trash removal, and survey) So, we are asking for $10,000 for a quick sale!

The boat is currently stored at River Creek Transport-13301 Data Vault Drive Louisville, KY 40223. There is access to electricity and water to work on the boat while in storage. River Creek gave us the best price for transport in the area, so it is conveniently located when you are ready to relocate the boat to the water!

Sorry! I only have the one exterior photo of the boat. With this being a unexpected sale we don't have any interior photos and we don't live close to where it is stored so there is no way for us to get any very quickly! If you are interested in seeing the boat we will make arrangements with the boat storage owner for you. The soonest we will be in the area is in a couple of weeks.

I have used the boat several times, but do not have enough time to keep it in shape (I am a grad student at IU). The motor has fresh plugs and a carb rebuild. When I got the boat in 08, one of the plugs was stripped out. I took the head off and repaired the hole. Both cylinders have good compression. There is a fresh starter and newer points on the ignition. I also replaced the impellor this summer. The motor runs, but it needs a little tuning at the upper end. It ran well enough for me to fish though. I think it might be the fuel pump. The motor should be ready to rock after that.

Tthis boat is ready to fish. The trolling motor works great, and since the boat does not have a very deep draft, you can reallly get into some good spots for bass fishing

Look no further. Everyone loves this boat. I have owned it for the last 8 years and it has been totally redone. I have spent thousands of dollars on it. All work done professionally. I’ve spent more on the outdrive than the price of the boat. The engine was recently pulled and the coupler was replaced. Mechanically the boat is excellent. Cosmetically it is very good. The closed bow is nice. Three people can easily sit on the carpeted deck. This boat will comfortably seat 6-7 people but we have had more on many occasions. The 6 cylinder is good on gas and has lots of power. It will pull a wake boarder with 9 people aboard. I can tow a skier a 35 MPH. It tows easily with a well-balanced tandem trailer at a total weight of about 3500 pounds. I can roll this boat in my driveway by hand. I am selling it because I recently bought a larger Sea Ray. I will gladly answer any questions.
I recently added a cowl type windshield, not shown in these pics. I do have the original windshield. I also just bought a new battery and a new $120 boat cover for it
