I am looking for a living situation that:
- is quiet, focused, and (more or less) neat
- is light on parties (infrequent and cleaned up after)
- NOT the place everybody comes to get smashed before going to the bars
* smashed is the operative word
- drug free

Location is immaterial. For personal reasons, I do not want to room with heavy drinkers. The drinking is not such an issue but I can't have the dysfunction that comes along with it. I am fine with responsible drinking but I would still prefer if most of it happened outside of the living space. I am also fine with animals (in fact I would prefer them) but I don't have any that I need to bring with me.

I need a room for the spring semester and through the summer if possible. If it is only available during the spring, that's fine, too.
