Anyways the barn has two garage bay doors and a regular entry door, it is semi accessable to drive right up to it two 200amp boxes with three phase available, water is well, heat is either wood or electric or a mix of both i have several window ac's for the summer time and it keeps quite cool.  right now i have a bunch of junk in it however if tennant needs all the space i will vacate the premises.  We can work on a month by month or a yearly lease i expect you to have a business plan to show to me so that i know you are serious. Airlines are run throuout the building and i can provide a compressor if need be.  Other than that there is are two offices, three bathrooms, no kitchen or shower "yet" right tennant will motivate me to finish that project and plenty of room i belive the ceilings are ten foot although it may be 9 i'd have to doubble check give me a call with any questions <br>
