The monthly rent is normally $450 but my business I was running out of it failed because I am too busy with school. Therefore I will pay $50 of your rent since it is just a giant liability to me right now. I'm a Kelley student I guess I just tried to jump the gun on opening a business... oh well I need to cut my loses and I can't get out of the lease (lease ends February but you can extend it if you want). It is an excellent unit I can show it to you. It would be a perfect place to store furniture or a boat.
