Downstairs, you'll find my bedroom and office, a spacious, high-ceilinged living room that enters into a fenced-in yard, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. The house has AC and central heating, and an attached 2-car garage.

The house is about 3 miles from campus, off South Rogers, near Bachelor Middle School. The neighboorhood has access to the Rails to Trails running/biking path. Besides me, you'd also be sharing your home with 2 friendly, lovable dogs and a cat. Cats and other small animals are OK, but I think 2 dogs are probably enough! (Another small dog might be OK, but would have to meet my dogs first, to make sure they get along)

it has a single bed, couch and a desk that i dont use that much. the place itself has w/d, parking, patio, 1.5 bath. I have cable/internet but no tv in that bedroom. 1500 sq ft total.
Bus:
it's extremely close to route 4 and reasonably close to 1 and 7.

the rent would include everything unless you have some kind of crazy science experiment or something.

i'm not a student myself (I graduated and moved here professionally) 24, m. I'm not around at all during the day. a graduate student would probably work pretty well.
