48 yo male looking for flexible housing starting in Dec. No apartment complexes. The ideal place would be mother-in-law or separate apt. Prefer private entrance and private bath. Will consider sharing a house with one maybe two others - non smokers. I do some light woodworking as a hobby and would like a place with workshop, barn, basement or garage space in which to work. I do create wood dust and make noise. In the absence of that, I can find woodworking space elsewhere hopefully. Workshop space with 24/7 access is idea, so long as the noise isn't bothering anyone.
Am a professional and work 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. When at work am gone for the entire 3 weeks. Am not sure how long I need a place so would prefer month to month, six months would be the maximum I would commit to.
Interested in Nashville area to Bloomington to Lake Monroe. Will consider anywhere in region. Storage space is a plus. Light drinker, no drugs, non smoker, no drama, no pets (your pets are okay but I don't have any).
