This apartment comes comfortably furnished with a queen size bed, desk, armchairs, bookshelf, plates, air conditioner, etc. One parking space included. This house has been made into a duplex, ours is on the left side as you look at it (with the bay windows). This is not a share, it is your own private apartment!
The rent includes all utilities except phone and electricity.
It is available from about June 13-August 9 but the dates are somewhat flexible.
