Room in a four bedroom house about 2 minutes from the stadium lot. It is in a residential neighborhood, quiet and home like. Large kitchen, all furnished (except the bedroom), 2.5 bath, front yard and fenced in back yard. I have a little garden in back along with a bonfire pit for roasting s'mores and hot dogs. The floors in the house are newly finished hard wood. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Utilities (water, gas, electric, cable/internet) can vary depending on IN's extreme weather - 45 to 85. The house is next to a bus stop, so if you do not have a car, getting to campus is not a problem. The bus stops at 10th and fee, where you can then take any IU bus you would like. Sharing with Two girls, one guy, only two people share the bathroom. Wonderful neighborhood.
