This apt is great for someone looking for a 1bedroom/1bath. Its not very big, maybe 600sqft. It's an all electic apt so no need to worry about gas. The apt is across from the IU stadium and is available for move in Dec 19 or so. lease ends Aug '10. This apt is close to the bus stops at the stadium. Right behind IU Credit Union. You may come to see the apt anytime you'd like, just give me a call or email me. When I moved in the landlord let me change the lights and got all new heaters for the wall. No complaints here! The landlord is super helpful and nice.
