Hello! We've got a spacious apartment on 11th and indiana- if we get one subleaser, I'll stay on as your roommate, if we get two, I'll move in with my friend who lives in the apartment above. The apartment is furnished, has new carpet and big windows with lots of natural light. My roommate and I are very happy with it- we'll be living here next year- your lease will go from january through august when you move out. you can move in late December, and we can negotiate a move out date such as 8/20. Rent is 400/mo per room and water and gas are paid. Cedarview Management owns the building and they're great landlords. I love this apartment and I think you will too!
