I have a beautiful, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment at City Flats at Renwick near the mall. It is a brand new development and I am the first person to live in the apartment.
The apartment has a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, GE smart appliances. There is a laundry room IN THE APARTMENT with a full size washer and dryer. The living room is enormous, as is the walk-in closet in the bedroom. The bathroom comes complete with an oversized bathtub, perfect for unwinding from a long day with a glass of red wine (my favorite pastime).
The house is a one minute drive from Kroger, the movie theatre, and Blockbuster Video. Another minute gets you to the mall and all major shopping. It generally takes about 5 minutes to drive to campus. There are also several major buses that stop nearby and drive to campus.
There is the option to rent a garage for your car for an additional fee each month. There is a fitness center IN THE BUILDING and the pool is still being built. These apartments are first-rate, and I absolutely have loved living there.
If you don't need the apartment to be furnished, or if you'd like to pick and choose what stays and goes, that is negotiable as well.
