We have never been disturbed by noise from outside or our neighbors. Hardly need to use the heat during the winter the apartment is so well insulated! Large bedroom and living room, plenty of closet space. Bathroom with tub and shower, vanity plus additional cute cabinet over the toilet. Coin-op laundry on site.
