I'm studying abroad this coming spring semester so I am looking to sublease my bedroom. The townhouse is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from the southwest corner of campus (e.g. Swain West, the law school, Rawles Hall, etc...) and a 5 minute walk from the downtown area. It is a 3 floor, 3 bedroom townhouse, with 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and wooden porch. There are two fun, easygoing roommates.
