I'll be done with a master degree at IU and go back home by the end of this semester. I am looking to a sublet my apartment for the spring and summer semesters at The Stratum. It’s a new area, convenient to College Mall and entertainments and minutes from the campus. It’s on number 9+3 buses route to campus with buses running every 10 mins. It’s fully furnished (the furniture are really new). I am not smoker and I don’t have pets. It’s for $855/month which includes water, high speed internet, and TV cables, and you will be responsible for the Elect bill.
