I am going abroad in the Spring, and I would like to find someone to live in my lovely studio apartment. It is ideally located at 701 E. 10th St, a five minute walk from HPER/IMU, and a ten minute walk from Kirkwood.

The studio apartment includes a spacious bathroom and a kitchen large enough to host guests. All utilities except electric and internet are included in the rent. We can discuss whether or not my furniture will remain.
