There will be a 2 bedrrom 2 bath apartment available for rent January 1st. Bathrooms are located right outside of bedrooms. Plenty of storage space. Nice deck with storage area. Pool and tennis courts on site. Basketball court right behind apartment. Apartment is located right by the College Mall. Its about 10 minutes to campus. Less than 5 minute walk to bus stop. Rent is 735$ total, comes out to about $367 a person. Water and trash pickup are included. Gas and electric are the only bills you are responsible for. Electric is around $120 per month and gas is around $25 per month total. After bills expect to pay around $440 per month. All pets are welcome, no breed restrictions.
