I currently am trying to find someone to sublease my apartment over in
Campus Corner Apartments. It is at 1150 Clarizz Blvd. This is just
south of Campus Mall. They have a C-9 bus stop right in the apartment
complex. This is a quick bus shuttle that runs constantly throughout
the day to IU Campus.
This apartment is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The
other room is up for sublease also. This room will NOT be your
responsibility to fill, but if you happen to have a friend who is
looking for a place to live this next year, they can contact me at this
e-mail address. The total rent is $539 per month for each room. This
price also includes ALL utilities (gas, water, electricity, sewage,
cable and internet). There is also free parking for you and your guests.
This apartment complex also has an in-ground pool, 24 hour gym, free tanning,
basketball courts, beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, computer lab, outdoor
gas grills, and a game room.
You can chose your move in date for whenever it best suits you. The
first rent is due the first week of August, and I am willing to pay
half of the first month to make things a little easier for you.
Please let me know by the end of this next week, as I am looking to
fill this quickly.
