I've absolutely loved living here. It's a great complex with a good vibe to it. It's located about two miles east of the main (Wells) library on the IU campus. The majority of the MP residents are graduate students with a mix of families and undergraduates thrown in for good measure. On the complex is a small gym, two laundry centers with new equipment, and a city bus stop (3, 6, and 8 route all run right by here!). Although the complex is a little far from campus as a student, the bus does come by, and it's only about a ten to fifteen minute bike-ride to campus depending on how fit you are.

I'm graduating this December, and potentially, maybe, hopefully will have found a job elsewhere.. And, with that said, I really can't afford to pay for a place I no longer reside. Rent is $297 per month, plus electricity and TV/internet (which for cable is only about 15 bucks per person). Woodbridge is a nice, quiet neighborhood near College Mall. We have a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome, with lots of closets and nice living area and kitchen. There is a fenced in patio, and the apt. is walking distance to an IU bus stop and the clubhouse/pool. I have never paid more than $350/mo. total, including utilities. We do not have to pay for water or trash service here, and we have central heat/air. It's an awesome place, and the girls that live there are even better.

Utilities are reasonable. It is all electric. I was paying about $100/month electric and about $50 for sewer and water combined. They just put in new fiber optics. There are lots of Young families in this neighborhood.

There is a great deck on the back and a covered porch on the front. I also put in a sandbox last year in the back near the deck. It will need some more sand come spring but it was a huge hit with the kids.
