I'm a male, 29 year old who's in shape but looking to get in better, more muscle shape. So throwing this out there for someone looking for the same.. motivate one another, hold each other accountable, stop being lazy, and get a routine going (3+ nights or maybe mornings a week). Also, it would be nice if you had experience lifting and workouts to do (CrossFit), as I know some but not an expert. I belong to Anytime, Aspen, Snap.
