Available for a resident or couple is this furnished cabin with windows featuring views one of the prettiest and clearest lakes of Indiana, nestled in the hills of northeast Brown County. Please note, the cabin is currently only available at least partially furnished.
Enjoy hiking trails nearby, a beach you will have access to, as well as the cabin's water toys including nice kayaks. There is no longer any speed boat.
Great for those who love quiet, serenity, the outdoors, sunshine, and water. The place features a balcony that wraps around half of the cabin’s main level overlooking the lake from all angles, as well as hillside trees with hummingbirds and wild life playing on the large lot, such as owls, turtles, deer, red tailed foxes, and every once in a while we’re gifted with an eagle’s visit.
The location is about an hour from Indy or Bloomington, or about a half-hour from Columbus or Nashville, Indiana... It's peaceful place for a nature lover, and there is cable wi-fi.
A small hypoallergenic dog may be okay... No smoking. Gas and water included, with electric and cable wi-fi billed back. Standard credit application and background check. The deposit is the same as the rent or more depending on the application.
