This is a small clear glass bowl/plate with a bubbles/beaded texture to the glass. It's really quite beautiful. About 6.5" wide and 1.5" tall. As the light passes through the glass it creates beautiful shadow reflections below. I found at a flea market many many years ago. No visible mark I can see to use to trace its origins. Perhaps you may recognize something in it?
