This is a photograph of a old, mature sugar maple tree photographed in the lower peninsula of Michigan, about 30 miles south of the Mackinaw Straits in mid-autumn. Took 4 years to get the conditions right. Taken with a large format view camera.

This image is printed as a 20"x40" print size. It is mounted to 1/4" Gatorboard with a matte lamination on the surface, so there is no light reflection and no glass used to protect it - it is protected by the lamination. Wood frame with linen liner. Outside dimensions of the framed piece of 25" x 45". Arrives ready to hang. Signed and numbered from edition of 150, all sizes and presentations combined..
