Sell or trade, 1985 Honda Magna (Evansville)

I can no longer ride motorcycle due to health issues. Since I can't ride it anymore, I'd like to pass this bike to someone who can appreciate it. It's a 1985 Honda Magna VF700C. It's a good running and riding bike. It can use a few things here and there and I've been collecting things to make a nice bike a great one. Good front tire, new rear tire, recent battery and oil change. 48K on the clock. Current plates and insurance, I just can't ride it anymore.
I've got a box of parts and stuff to go with it. $3000 or trade for?
