This very cool Metallic Blue Schwinn "Orange County Chopper" StingRay is all original from the factory. It was bought for an 8 year old too little to ride it. It then sat in a storage shed and has never been ridden. It has surface rust on the steering forks, on some of the metal hardware, and a few small spots on the fenders and frame (see pics). The tires are original but show areas of dry rot. The single speed drive chain is rust free.

Here are the main specs:
• Frame: Stretched steel, chopper-style.
• Rear Tire: 20" x 4.25" or 20" x 4" super wide slick.
• Front Tire: 24" x 2" skinny tire.
• Fork: Dual crown Sting-Ray twin-barrel chrome.
• Brakes: Rear Alloy Linear Pull Brake (V-brake).
• Seat: Adjustable cruiser saddle with riveted upholstery and built-in sissy bar.
• Kickstand: Heavy-duty double-leg.
• Features: Clear-coated Schwinn flame decals, painted fenders, and featured in black with silver graphics.
• Blue dice inner tube air valve stem caps.
