We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead projects from initial planning through successful completion. This role coordinates stakeholders, manages schedules and budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains quality and safety standards throughout the construction process. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in bringing projects to life from the ground up.
Job Duties Include:
• Obtain and manage required permits according to local regulations and community ordinances
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project goals, expectations, and progress remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and procure the required manpower, equipment, and materials while adhering to budget constraints and project timelines
• Oversee laborers, mechanics, subcontractors, and other project personnel, providing leadership and direction to ensure productivity and quality
• Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones; proactively address delays or obstacles
• Track project costs, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize financial performance
• Enforce construction standards through regular inspections and quality assurance checks
• Identify project risks and hazards, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Occasional travel may be required based on project location (reimbursed)
