5-tier brooder with all accessories. It works great and served me well. I am no longer hatching so I want to move this on to the next person who could benefit from its easy setup and use. It is a strong and sturdy peice of equipment. Easy to clean. Easy to find replacement parts if needed. It comes with all the trays plus a storage tray, 5 heat plates. 10 feed/water troughs, 10 feed/water trough guards, 5 pvc coated wire platforms, roof, and all the acrylic panels. Has a built in electrcal stripe with surge protector. It is on heavy duty castors so it is easily moved. We can help load it on a trailer or in a truck. It is roughly 76" tall without the roof and 40" wide with everything on it. 120v power strip.

I dropped the price for 1500 to 1200 because one of the acrylic panels got damaged in a storm. Still usable and repairable as it is but just in case someone wanted a new panel I dropped the price.
