The mower is a late 1990s/early 2000s model made by Toro. It is one of the first residential models they made that is pretty much the same as the entry level models of what is now named the Timecutter. It has been well used but still runs great and cuts good. It has the original 38”deck (maybe 42") which is missing some of the metal along the bottom edge due to rust, age, and use but is still functional. It does have a hesitation at startup/weak startup so it may need to eventually have the starter replaced but after the hesitation, it starts up fine and runs fine. Blades engage fine as well. It has been a reliable mower. Deck belt is worn and could stand replacing. Brand new battery, spark plug, solenoid, and regulator rectifier were installed to try to fix the hesitation/weak startup. I am the second owner and I bought it in 2011 or 2012. Not sure how many hours it has.
