What You'll Do:
• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Support independence and community involvement
• Provide companionship and encouragement
• Help maintain a safe and positive home environment
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Follow individual support plans
Who We're Looking For:
• Caring, dependable, and professional individuals
• People who remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations
• Experience in caregiving, behavioral support, mental health, youth services, residential care, corrections, security, or crisis intervention is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
