67 year old male needing a place to live.

Places I have applied only look at a credit score which is 644, not good enough
for a property rental company. I have absolutely NO criminal history which you are welcome to check
and was never late on Rent (I lived there for seven years, they are selling their property) and you're welcome to confirm this.
I can pay 6 to 12 months rent upfront.
