REO Property Preservation & Maintenance Contractor (1099)
We are seeking experienced REO Property Preservation & Maintenance Contractors to perform Initial Services on assigned REO properties. Contractors must be able to bring properties to market-ready condition while adhering to strict timelines and servicer quality standards.

Scope of Initial Services
β’ Debris & Trash Removal: Interior and exterior clean-outs with proper disposal per local regulations
β’ Interior Cleaning: Full cleaning of floors, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and surfaces
β’ Exterior Landscaping: Grass cutting, trimming, weed removal, and edging
β’ Property Securing: Secure and re-key doors and windows; repair broken entry points
β’ Safety Hazard Mitigation: Address exposed wiring, broken railings, missing plates, and other hazards

Performance Expectations
β’ Services completed within 1β5 business days of assignment (some items within 24β72 hours)
β’ All work must meet servicer quality and compliance standards
β’ Photo documentation and reporting required via mobile system

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
β’ Verifiable REO industry experience performing Initial Services (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, or major servicers)
β’ Proven history of completed REO repair/preservation work (references required)
β’ Ability to adhere to strict timelines and compliance metrics
β’ Licensed and insured
β’ Must have own tools and reliable transportation
β’ Ability to use a smartphone/app to upload photos and job updates
π Only contractors with documented, verifiable REO experience will be considered.
