This house is ideal for a small family. We lived here twenty years. The neighbors are nice; it's a VERY quiet area. There are several pergolas, and we called it "The Pergola Palace".
The yards have nice landscaping, space for a 24' round pool (has the pool), space and wiring for a private hot tub, and three levels of maintained decks. Flowers bloom from Spring through Fall; you just missed the irises, and the echinacea and columbine are coming up fast . Has space for a vegetable garden and an asparagus garden (currently overrun with clover, too). The vegetable garden soils are strong and rich for tomatoes. There are many birds in the area.
There is a recently reinforced privacy fence. We also repaired and reinforced the foundation, and installed a new patio door, among many other items. There is space to park up to five vehicles, if you stuff them; seven if you're talented.
The house has good (old school, so parts are generic) heating, good AC, and all electric appliances. New patio doors. New private bath from the largest bedroom.
The living room features a working wood fireplace. It has a one car garage. Move-in condition. Includes stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer; these are older but fully functioning appliances that have served us well.
The pool can be assembled once per season, is 52" in water depth, has a sand-based pump (you'll still need chlorine balancing from time to time) and fits into the yard perfect with the decks. Maintenance is low, fun is high. There is space and wiring for a hot tub, and a private enclosure off the patio door. It's a 220VAC connection.
The largest bedroom has a walk-in closet, and ensuite recently remodeled bathroom (new floor to ceiling). One bedroom is large, with a large closet, and one bedroom is more office-like, with a wall of bookshelves built-in.
Located legally in the county, property taxes are currently lower, but it has city water/sewer. Has a sheltered summer deck + two more decks. Pool area is leveled sand and supports the included 24' pool with sand filter. Nice neighbors. We loved it, but needed a larger space after twenty years there.
