Good evening! I am a 41 year old young grandma who is looking to move my tiny family back to the country. I was young and thought I wanted the city life and moved to indy 20 years ago and now I just lived in florida for a year. I crave the country. I want my grandson to run barefoot and chase sunsets and caterpillars. Lol!!! 21 year old me would never believe that all these years later I yearn for the peace! I have always been a renter and I've never paid my rent late. My homes have been well taken care of. I can provide pics of previous rentals. I keep the weeds pulled, siding washed in the summers with a soapy rag, grass mowed and flowers growing. Gutters cleaned and glass sparkling. I take pride in where I live. I will probably never own so I take great consideration of what I am allowed to borrow. If anyone has a 3 bedroom or a large 2 bedroom in the country I will be the best tenant you could ever want!
