Hello, I live in a split level house with a large shared kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms altogether. Looking for someone to rent the lower level which includes 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom - $850 + utilities. Kitchen aside, you would have the whole floor of the house to yourself. Ideally aiming for April move in with current roommate heading to another city but there is some flexibility with timing if it feels like the right fit. Beautiful setting on a few acres, hiking trail connected to property, yet still only 15 minute drive to downtown.
