This is a whole floor of condo, with bedroom and 2nd room with loveseat and TV, coffee table. Full bath (washer and drier in this bath- and housemates use that) Rental permit allows for a couple. Suite furnishings include: full bed, 2 bookcases, desk, chest, nightstand, lamps, small frig, loveseat, coffee table, ottoman, all bedding, towels, 2 closets.
Add $100/month for a 2-person occupancy. If 2 people share space (couples only), the utilities split 5 ways instead of 4.
IU and downtown 5 minutes by car, 12 minutes by bus, 20 minute walk
