This is the whole lower floor of condo, with full bath (washer and drier in this bath- so housemates do come downstairs to use that) Rental permit allows for a couple to occupy if desired. Suite furnishings include: full bed, 2 bookcases, desk, chest, nightstand, lamps, small frig, loveseat (not there yet but will be), ottoman, all bedding, towels
2 large closets.
Add $100/month for a 2-person occupancy. If 2 people share space (couples only), the utilities split 5 ways instead of 4, and couple will pay 2 shares.
