This is the whole lower floor of condo, with full bath, and rental permit allows for a couple to occupy if desired.
It has 2 closets. Add $50/month for a 2-person occupancy. If 2 people share space (couples only- it is only 1 bed), the utilities split 5 ways instead of 4 and couple will pay 2 shares.
