Wonderful neighbourhood, 1 min to campus bus stop. Aldi , Target and college mall all are 5 mins drive away. Society leasing office has pool board for use. You get full access to all my closets, dressers and everything. The room has bed, mattress (bring ur own bedsheet plz) , study table, chair, lamps, dresser, book shelf , closet, iron, wall clocks, mirror, clothes rack.
The hall has TV, sofa, dining table, coat room, shoe closet.
Laundry is opposite our apartment.
Kitchen has all utensils and supplies.
You just need to come with your clothes, thats all.
The rent given includes everything : Room monthly rent + Wifi + utilities .
However , I would need $200 deposit (just for safety reasons - fully refundable).
