This is a 28' long trailer in great condition, designed for Tiny House construction with a 24' build area. Bought it new in 2022 for $8,500 but never began construction and no longer intend to. It has only traveled from Florida to Indiana for delivery. It was stored outside uncovered for 2 years, and tarp-covered for 2 more, parked on gravel or plywood. It developed a few spots of superficial corrosion that I touched up with rustolem protective enamel.

- The price is firm.
- It is located about 15 minutes, East of Bloomington.
- I am generally available to meet between 1:00p to 7:00p.
- Will accept cash, a cashier's check that we can deposit at my bank together, or PayPal via debit or bank account. No personal checks.
